Which operating mode is best suited to your situation?

Mode of operation
At Solido, we understand that every client and every project is unique. That's why we offer four flexible operating modes, tailored to your needs. Whether you're just starting out or ready to get started, we have the support structure that's right for you.

Flat rate
A fixed-price contract is an agreement in which the contractor agrees to complete all work for a fixed price. This method is preferred when the scope of work is well defined and the plans are complete.
Benefits
Fixed and predictable price for the customer
Simple management and less administrative follow-up
Ideal for projects without major modifications
When to use it
Suitable for a client who already has detailed plans and wants a clear and stable budget. Typically used for renovations, expansions, or well-defined projects.
Cost plus price
In this mode, the client reimburses the actual costs of materials, labor, and subcontractors, plus a fixed fee for the contractor. It allows for great flexibility on costs.
Benefits
Flexibility to integrate changes during the project
Transparency on real costs
Encourages collaboration between client and contractor
When to use it
Ideal for projects where the scope is not fully defined or may change, or where the client wants management and execution by the same contractor. Also suitable for complex or large-scale projects.
Construction management
The contractor acts solely as a project manager , overseeing the work and coordinating subcontractors, without carrying out the work himself. This mode of operation can be offered in consultation mode, whether in the pre-project phase or at any other point in your construction project.
Benefits
Allows professional and centralized project management
Flexibility in organization and deadlines
Facilitates coordination between all stakeholders
When to use it
Perfect for a client looking for more consultation or a partner to monitor their subcontractors , while maintaining control over execution. Ideal for complex or multi-site projects.
Design-build
This method combines design and construction under a single contract. The contractor is responsible for both design and execution , which promotes coordination and reduces lead times. In this context, we work with guaranteed maximum price budgets , providing transparency and security to the client.
Benefits
Reduction of production times
Better coordination between design and construction
Single responsibility, simplifying project management
When to use it
Suitable for a client who does not yet have complete plans and wishes to entrust the design and construction to the same partner, while having maximum budget security.
